Meet the staff at Patty Vision Center of Graham
Betty Taylor For the last 19 years, Betty has been working alongside both optometrists and ophthalmologists to promote eye health. Here at Patty Vision Center of Graham, her job description includes various duties. Her primary position is to manage the optical. Chances are, if you come in to be fitted for glasses or if you need to have them repaired, you will see her smiling face.
Denise Helmer Denise if from Burlington, NC. She started working for Patty Vision Center in August 2008. For the last 15 years, she has been working with many hospitals and private physicians as a certified medical records coder and billing specialist. She is Graham’s insurance coordinator and takes care of all patient billing.
Jessica Carden Jessica is originally from Burlington, NC. She has worked for Patty Vision Center of Graham since June 2008. She works at the front desk making appointments and confirming insurance beenfits. She also pre-tests the patients for the doctor, performs contact lens training, and handles contact lens ordering for patients.
